Anytime Fitness has been inviting since the day I walked in the door almost 3 years ago looking for a place to work out. The owner, Karl Duvall, is friendly and hospitable and always available to give you suggestions and training tips. His boot camp classes have built community as well as working out our bodies. When you have familiar faces to work out with, it makes it much more enjoyable. The equipment is sturdy, high quality, and Karl is there to help you use it properly. I've been to many work out facilities over my adult years, but this one tops my list of places that enhance and support my intentional goal of making exercise a part of my life's routine.
